Prepare documents and submit your application
Before you enrol, please ensure that you:
- choose your preferred course and check course entry requirements. Please note that some courses require you to meet additional entry requirements. Please visit our International Course page for more information
- check the course intake and advise us or your agents when submitting your application
- contact your local education agents or one of our education agent partners who can assist you with the student visa application process
- check the documents required to apply for a student visa on the Department of Home Affairs website
- and prepare your certified supporting documents. Please note that all the documents must be certified and translated into English, including passport, academic transcript, English language test results
For applications who are already in Australia, it is required to provide current and future Confirmation of Enrolments (CoE) for studies in Australia.
Submit your application on our website with the required documents or your agent can act on your behalf.
Receive your offer of letter and confirmation of enrolment (CoE)
We will review your application form, if you are accepted, you will receive a Letter of Offer and Course Acceptance Offer and Written Agreement via email. A Letter of Offer contains information on fees and charges, code of practice and refund policy. Please ensure that you:
- read and agree to all the Terms and Conditions of your Letter of Offer
- read the College policies and procedures stated in your Letter of Offer
- pay the fees as stated in your Letter of Offer
- sign and return via email the Course Acceptance Offer and Written Agreement to Barrington College Australia Admissions Officer together with payment, for the amount specified in the "Letter of Offer" and any other requested documentation
Following the receipt of these documents, you will be issued a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) which will allow you to obtain/renew an Australian Student Visa. Please note that you are required to submit the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) to the Department of Home Affairs when applying for a student visa.
Apply for student visa and travel to Queensland and attend orientation
You can apply for a student visa through the Department of Home Affairs website or contact one of our education agents who can act on your behalf.
Once you have received your student visa, you can travel to Queensland and be prepared to attend orientation at our Gold Coast campus. We will take you around the campus and the course content and assessment procedures will be covered during the student's orientation.
